My name is China M. Olaitan, I am a Cincinnati, Ohio native, and a servant of God first. I'm a devoted wife to my lovely husband Damilare Olaitan who is the founder and leader of Dee Starlite Band. I'm a Spoken word Artist, CEO and Radio Host of The 1 in a Million Show LLC, and licensed Minister. I graduated from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College in 2017 with an Associates Degree in Arts. I also obtained a B.A from Northern Kentucky University in Communications with a minor in Organization and Leadership Skills in 2022. Writing has always been a passion of mine since the ages of 7 & 8 years old. My mother would find short poems written by me in my bedroom and knew there was a gift inside of me. My father who was an advocate of stressing the importance of education has helped shape who I am today as a writer and speaker.
1 in a Million was birthed as I was led by the Holy Spirit to move to Columbus, Ohio in 2015. I didn't have any friends or close family members there except for one cousin. As I lived there, I discovered so many things about myself as my relationship with God strengthened. I didn't know until I moved to Columbus that God was trying to get my attention to guide and direct me with the things HE wanted me to do for his Kingdom. While sitting at my cousin house in Columbus, I started a Facebook page called "1 in a Million" I started by creating a video explaining what 1 in a Million stood for, from there; I began making motivational posts with scriptures included, and using the platform to spread the Gospel to people all over the world. In 2019 I was prompted by the Holy Spirit to take the word of God to radio, and I was connected to the manager of 1320 AM WCVG The Voice, and after a meeting with telling him the vision of The 1 in a Million Show , I was approved and scheduled to air the first show on August 3rd, 2019. Today, I am still hosting The 1 in a Million Show every Saturday at 2pm EST. Throughout this journey of following Christ, I have been privileged to use my God given gifts to bring people closer to God. I have had the honor to travel to Nigeria, Africa to minister spoken word at RCCG Olive Tree Parish Church. I've shared my gifts all around different churches and events in greater Cincinnati such as Power and Faith Ministries, Word of Deliverance Ministries, Greater St. John AME Zion Church, Revelation Missionary Baptist Church, New Prospect Baptist Church, The annual Black Family Reunion and many more! My purpose is to lead the lost, the unbelievers, and the strayed away people back to Christ in a world that is denying him everyday, I am passionate about the word of God and teaching the truth of it on radio and through my ministry of spoken word. I strive to live my life for Christ daily with the help of the Holy Spirit showing people they can do the same and live abundantly!
